ABOUT
Industry Profile
The majority of private and government organizations that offer information on funding assistance and sources to businesses do not generally propose a support service to teach entrepreneurs how to navigate the twists and turns of the enormous mass of information to be analyzed.
Certain organizations offer directories and generally publish more or less detailed information on business assistance. This information, usually contained within a single document or database, is:
- Often presented as paper or digital documents that are difficult to consult;
- Dubious, namely its integrity;
- Incomplete, and very often irrelevant and inaccurate;
- Almost always unclear for the user;
- Published in a format that, in general, entails tedious research and manual compilation from the user to obtain necessary information.
In addition, the majority of private organizations that offer this type of information do so with the intent to attract clients to whom consulting services for information research and application preparation will be offered. In this case:
- The quantity and quality of available information often takes second place;
- Fees for consultation services are usually too expensive for most SME because they do not have the means to to pay for such expenses uniquely to obtain precise information on all funding available that meets their needs.
