Support Service Operation
SAFEC is the only organization that provides this service in this manner thanks to the time and money saved by its search tool. This tool enables you to quickly access the most comprehensive and up-to-date database currently available for Quebec business assistance (1828 programs).
To receive the Support Service, follow the steps below:
- The user must open a user account and completes the Business Project Description Questionnaire;
- The matching system will correlate the project's specific criteria and the programs corresponding to this project's needs;
- The user purchases a Regular Plus Subscription or Premium Subscription to access Support Service and information on all programs related to the Business Project Description; Only Regular Plus and Premium Subscribers can purchase blocks of hours of "À la carte” Support Service;
- The subscriber obtains an immediate access to the technical sheet (published in French and English) of each program selected by our systems in correspondence with the descriptive criteria of the project;
- Based on the type of subscription selected, subscribers will receive emails with instructions on the steps to follow to start the Support Service for which they paid.
The Support Service can be provided as follows:
Option 1 - The advisor can provide support as "coaching" alongside the subscriber.
Option 2 - Subscribers who do not wish to receive guidance may ask the advisor to carry out this step.
