Alert System and Report

Our monitoring system accurately identifies modifications made to programs included in our database and enables us to automatically notify our users of modifications made to programs in their Business Project Description. The alerts system functions as follows:

• The alerts system notifies users on a daily basis of modifications made to programs that correspond to the specific characteristics of their projects and business.
  
  • By connecting to their user accounts, users can see flags that notify them of programs affected by a modification.
  • These modifications are flagged based on:
    • The type of modification - Modifications, withdrawals, additions, new programs, etc.
    • The category of program affected by the modifications - Subsidy, financing, etc.
    • The way programs are classified by subscribers - Favorite programs, hidden programs, etc.
• The Alert Report presents a compilation of the quantity of current alerts at the time of delivery and includes previously flagged alerts that have not yet been managed by the user. In short:
  
  • It is distributed by email and generated automatically by our monitoring systems;
  • It provides accurate information on the modifications made to the content of programs corresponding to the business' needs;
  • The user determines its frequency;
  • The user selects the types of alerts.
• The "Alerts – Management" section offers a virtual environment in the form of a dashboard that enables access to the required functions to "manage" alerts and to remain informed on the latest modifications made to programs.
