Personalized Support Service
- This service is available exclusively to SAFEC subscribers;
- It is usually provided remotely (telephone and Internet);
- It is available under the following options:
- 4-hour block available through a Premium Subscription or with the upgrade from a Regular to Premium Subscription;
- 1-hour block of Support Service only available through a Regular Plus Subscription;
- "À la carte" per 90-minute blocks;
- For Regular Plus and Premium Subscriptions, the purchase of additional Support Service is only available "À la carte" per 90-minute blocks.
Support Service for Regular Plus Subscription is necessarily conducted in "coaching" mode.
Support Service for the Premium Subscription or "À la carte" may be offered in 2 ways:
Option 1 - The advisor can provide support as "coaching" alongside the subscriber.
Option 2 - Subscribers who do not have time to receive guidance may ask the advisor to conduct the analysis, research and organization of information on programs available for their project.
Support Service provides the following benefits:
- It allows to perform the required verifications to apply the Flexi-Guarantee;
- It allows to significantly increase the chances of obtaining funds and save time;
- It is affordable for those who are unable to afford the costs involved in obtaining consulting services for such activities.
Subscribers wanting a more specialized service to try to obtain available funds may ask the advisor to put them in touch with a specialized consultant with whom SAFEC regularly collaborates.
