Federal Competition Bureau gives SAFEC a “clean” record

Following the CBC News report, SAFEC contacted the Canadian Federal Competition Bureau (FCB) to investigate further, and discovered that, of the 15,000 complaints they handle per year, they receive 1000 complaints against businesses offering these directory services. We are pleased to state that not a single complaint has been made against SAFEC over the past five years.
