Option 2 - Support Service without the subscriber’s participation

When Support Service is conducted without the subscriber’s participation:

• The advisor performs sorting, analysis and selection of subsidy, financing and assistance programs that meet the subscriber's needs;
• The advisor performs a complete analysis of the information obtained and drafts notes, suggestions and comments.
